Here I am, all excited to start a blog, and yet I’m stuck severe writers block.. Where to start.
Well perhaps, why Lipstick & CowboyBoots.. there’s a start.
I LOVE Lipstick, specifically Arbonne’s Runway Rouge, & Strawberry. My other favorite is MAC’s Candy Yum-Yum. Both are bold, and make a person say WOW. Some give me weird looks, others compliment me for standing out, or tell me they wish they could pull it off, to which I reply, wear it with confidence and you’re set. I enjoy wearing lipstick because I feel it can dress up any outfit. I dont go out anywhere nice very often, but do enjoy dressing up, so Ill wear lipstick at a jackpot or rodeo if I feel like it. I also enjoy standing out a bit. Not in the awkward uncomfortable way, but in the “Wow, did you see what that girl is wearing?! I wish I could wear wild print leggings, mile high blue wedges, and a bright pink shirt like that, and at the CFR nonetheless!” Sure I get some looks there, but at the end of the day, who cares what others think (though I really really do) live your life how you want to, and do what will make you happy. Cowboy boots make me happy. I am a barrel racer, and have had horses my entire life. Cowboy boots are a must! I especially love the new Old Gringos I bought for a steal of a deal. They are the comfiest pair of boots I have ever purchased, and I dont regret them for a second.#treatyoself They are wild, and out there, (I am yet to see another girl wearing them, though I live in Canada, and Im not sure how many girls up here have got into wearing snip toe boots just yet) with blue and orange stitching over the entire boot, they make me VERY happy. They are a statement piece I will never get tired of.
